A lot of my free time has been divided up lately between hobbies, the little one and the magazine [link] . I want to thank each and every one of you that submitted pieces to the magazine. I am currently doing beginning layout designs and culling everything in. Thus far, I'm seven pages into the beast. We have clothing designers, we have models, we have photographers, we have poets, we have authors and we have some of the most inspiring artists I've come across within it. It's a real treat to get to work with this material. At home, my daughter has continued the evolution of my title. One of my daughter's first words was 'dad.' I was 'dad' and eventually her mother was 'dad.' Several months ago, my daughter finally began calling her mother 'mom.' There was 'dad' and 'mom.' Now the evolution is complete. I am now 'Dom.' There's 'mom' and 'dom' now. If anyone is curious, I will now be going by Dominic for my drag racing now. Of course, I'll have to first own a car (I've never owned a car and debt has kept me from it). A year ago, I included some covers of some blank X-Men books in my commissions. That's back when I included shipping into my prices (they were a little higher). After a leak destroyed my blank X-Men cover, I just pulled out my blank X-Force. I'm pretty excited about possibly doing a Domino cover (I really loved Rob Duenas' [link] Domino piece) but the fanboy in me still wants me to make it a Pete Wisdom cover (possibly with those New Mutant X-Forcers behind him). I've also picked up some citadel paints for some other future projects ( I plan to paint a custom Bill Murray 1/6 head and put it on the Ghostbusters Retro Action doll). That's all the news from me this week.
